Recommended Primer / Surface Preparation
- New surfaces: Clean and dry the surface, then apply a primer coat using the 3:1 product-to-water mix

- Fungal/algae-contaminated areas: Clean thoroughly and treat with Captain Mould Killer Anti-Wap
- Cracked areas: Repair with 302 Captain Acrylic Sealant or Captain Acrylic Filler, then reinforce with Captain Fiber Mesh
- Polished concrete: Roughen the surface or apply Captain Easygard Penetrating Sealer first
- Metal sheet / steel surfaces: Apply one anti-rust primer coat, leave for 8 hours, then continue with the Roofseal system.
